Prior to joining the ICON Real Estate Team in December of 2022, Eric worked for 23 years in the construction industry as either a Superintendent or Project Manager for large mechanical contractors or general contractors in the mid-Atlantic region. A lifelong resident of Frederick County, Eric assumed the role of Commercial Property Manager with the Aikens Group in May of 2020. He has excelled in this position and loves working in the community where he lives. Eric is also the current Vice President of the Board of Supervisors for the Top of Virginia Building Association and is proud to be a 2017 graduate of the Top of Virginia Community Leadership Program. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors working around the farm and loves spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and beloved English Mastiff Quin.
