Karen Diggs has been a real estate professional since 2007 and is known for her integrity, diplomacy and sincerity.  Karen loves helping people.  Her role is not only about negotiating the best price for her clients, it's about understanding each person's unique needs, being readily available to her clients and communicating effectively whether it's buying or selling a home.  Developing lasting relationships with her clients is the most rewarding part of her job.  It's important that Karen aligns her client’s expectations with reality as it is definitely a process, and she approaches it with sensitivity and patience.  Karen will hold her client's hands through the whole process from the beginning stages all the way through closing.

Karen's years of experience in the telecommunications industry as a global service executive has helped her gain important "customer care" skills that allow her to provide the best service to her clients in real estate.  She graduated from Shepherd University (formerly known as "Shepherd College") in Shepherdstown, WV with a Bachelor's Degree in business.  Karen has done volunteer work at the Laurel Center (Intervention for Domestic & Sexual Violence) in Winchester, VA and faithfully donates to children's causes such as St. Jude.

When Karen isn't making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys bike riding with her husband, spending time with family and friends and participating in church activities.
